At Baby Favors
and Things, we go out of our way to opt for the kind of distinguishing
merchandise for which the Baby Favors and Things name is recognized. We
understand that before you place a large purchasing decision, you wish to
request product samples. We are more than happy to help. To place a sample
order, email us at info@BabyFavorsAndThings.com You will be charge for the unit
price plus shipping and handling charges. Not all items are available for
sampling.
minimum orders:
There is a minimum order for each
product on our website. If you would like to place an order of less than the
quantity requirement, please e-mail us at info@BabyFavorsAndThings.com We will
try to accommodate all requests. Orders less than the minimum order are subject
to a $10 service charge.
ordering and shipping:
After
ordering, you will receive two email confirmations from Baby Favors and Things.
First, we will confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering.
Then, you will be notified when your order ships.
shipping
method:
Baby Favors and Things offers three shipping options for
international delivery and delivery within the U.S. At this time, we are unable
to ship to P.O. boxes. Baby Favors and Things ships using FedEx, and UPS. For
international shipments we use USPS.
Product Processing
Information.
- For edible and perishable corporate gifts, add one additional business day
for processing.
- For personalized corporate gifts, add three additional business days for
processing for most personalized products. (Please refer to individual product
pages for details.)
Shipping Details.
- Express Orders: Items ordered for Express Shipments will ship the same day
if ordered on a weekday by 11pm ET, Monday–Friday. Just choose 2nd day select
(for arrival in two business days) or Overnight (for arrival next business day).
All other orders require one to three to five business days to process before
shipping.
- Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays determined by
carriers.
- Perishable gifts may have restrictions on shipping method.
- Alaska and Hawaii items ship via Priority service and require three
additional days for delivery.
- International Deliveries: Surface and Express shipping options are
available. Countries have different shipping deadlines. (Ex. Mexico has only
three days select options). We will immediately inform you on the shipping date
for your order. The shipping dates on our website are based on U.S.A. shipments
only. We ship using United Postal Service for International delivery; all
charges are including insurance, shipping and handling. Shipments outside the
USA maybe subject to import charges and taxes which are the responsibility of
the purchaser. All shipping rates are automatically calculated by our shopping
cart system. Your order total and shipping rate will be clearly displayed on the
check out page.
Returns and
Exchanges.
- Baby Favors and Things is happy to replace a corporate gift with another
selection, issue a gift certificate or refund the credit card used for its
purchase. Please contact us by email at info@babyfavorsandthings.com or at
212-219-1191 within 7 days from the time you received your order for return
authorization.
- A 20% re-stocking fee will be levied on all returns and 15% re-stocking fee
will be levied on all exchanges. Any shipping related duties and taxes incurred
will be deducted from your refund. Unauthorized returns and refused orders will
not be accepted for refunds.
Exceptions and Conditions.
- Please note: shipping charges, promotional and discounted merchandise,
special orders, food items (edibles like candies and chocolates) and customized
items (such as custom gift wrapped gifts or items that are decorated in any
way); items that have been monogrammed, engraved, or personalized merchandise
are non-refundable. We reserve the right to refuse returns that are not sent
within 2 weeks of authorization.
- Partial returns, past event dates, sample orders, handcrafted items and
candles cannot be returned as well.
- Merchandise must be in its original condition. We reserve the right to
reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet our return and exchange
policy.
- Just repack the gift in its original packaging, and follow these simple
steps:

- Write down the authorization (AR) number given to you by the customer
service representative and include in the packaging.
- Shipping costs to return the merchandise or items are the responsibility of

- For your security, please return your gift with an insured courier (e.g.,
FedEx, UPS, and USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt Baby Favors and Things
is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
- If you are returning merchandise because it is damaged, defective or not the
correct product, Baby Favors and Things will provide a prepaid USP return label.

customers. That is why we have a 100% satisfaction guarantee behind every
purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your
purchase, we'll exchange it or refund the credit card used for purchase or issue

cancellations:
- Due to the speed at which orders are processed, changes or cancellations are
not always possible. If an order must be changed or cancelled, we will do
everything possible to accommodate the request. If you decide to cancel your

212.219.1191. It will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee if order has not been
processed. If your order has been shipped already, it will be considered as a
return. Personalized items cannot be cancelled if your order has already been

damaged / missing items:
- On very rare occasions some items may arrive damaged or may be missing.
Please contact us immediately and we will be happy to replace them. Please have
the damaged merchandise and packaging for a possible claim by us with the
carrier. You must report damage or missing items to us within 7 days from the
time you have received your order and should not have passed the event date. We
can only replace items that are returned.

Gift Certificate Terms and Conditions.
- Gift Certificates are for use online at BabyFavorsAndThings.com.
- Gift Certificates may not be redeemed for cash.
- Sales tax is applicable to merchandise purchased with a Gift Certificate.
- Delivery is overnight, within 24 hours, subject to credit
approval/authorization and barring any technical difficulties.
- Delivery to an incorrect but deliverable address as provided by the customer
is the responsibility of the purchaser.
- Delivery to a non-existent address is the responsibility of the purchaser.
- Babyfavorsandthings.com is not responsible for loss or stolen Gift
Certificate. However, if your Gift Certificate is lost or stolen, and you have
proof of purchase, we will issue you a replacement for the balance shown on our
records.
- Gift Certificate numbers do not expire. If you need assistance, please email us.
- Your Gift Certificate number may not be required for all inquiries.
